Answer:   For up-to-date information on apartment availability, contact the site manager of the property you are interested in. Search for apartment contact information here.
 


Question:   Where can I get specific answers to the questions listed below about a particular property?
  • Are there 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units at this property?
  • Are any bills paid? If so, which?
  • Is there a laundry facility on site?
  • Are there washer/dryer hookups in the units?
  • What appliances are provided?
  • What are the Site Manager office hours?

Question:   Where can I find out about rental rates?

Answer:   For up-to-date information on apartment rental rates, contact the site manager of the property you are interested in. Search for apartment contact information here.
 


Question:   What features or amenities are available at WPM managed properties?

Answer:   Features and amenities vary by property. Search by city for the property you are in here. Once you find the property you are looking for, click on the "Features" link below the apartment name to get information on the following questions, and more:
  • Is there an on-site laundry? (washer/dryer hookups?)
  • What bills are paid (if any)?
  • What appliances come with the apartment?

 


Question:   How do I contact the Site Manager?

Answer:   To contact the Site Manager, you may visit the property during posted office hours or leave a phone message. (Each property office is equipped with an answering machine.)
 


Question:   What are the office hours for the property I am interested in?

Answer:   Office hours are listed on the first page of details you will come to after searching for a property. Begin searching by city here.
 


Question:   I went by the office during office hours, but no one was in the office. Why might this be?

Answer:   Many times Site Managers may be on site dealing with issues that require being out of the office. However, if you do not see the Site Manager on the grounds, you could simply leave a message on the answering machine. Find the phone number for the property you are interested in by searching by city here.
 


Question:   Is there assistance available to help me pay for my rent?

Answer:   Rental assistance is available at some projects for qualified tenants. For more information about whether you might qualify, contact the Site Manager.
 


Question:   Does WPM accept rent payments from Section 8?

Answer:   Yes.
 


Question:   How long does it take to process an application?

Answer:   Processing time varies. We do have an application process that we follow for each application that we receive. If you have specific questions about your application, please contact the local site manager.
